Bathtub Row Brewing Co-op Board of Directors Candidate Questionnaire
We are currently accepting applications for the BRBC Board! Elections will take place after the Annual Meeting, August 31, 2016.
Are you interested in furthering the growth and advancement of Bathtub Row Brewing Co-op by working with a group of diverse and passionate colleagues to ask important questions, engage in complex debates and make tough decisions? If so, then you already have most of what it takes to be a member of the Bathtub Row Brewing Co-op Board of Directors.
All you have left to do is ask yourself a few very important questions (and write down your answers), complete a couple of other easy steps, and declare your candidacy by filling out and submitting the form below. The deadline for applications is August 1, 2016. This form will be inactive after that date.
Bathtub Row Brewing Co-op Board of Directors Qualifications
In accordance with our bylaws, any member in good standing who has been a member a minimum of three months prior to the election and is not directly supervised by the Board or General Manager, and who has not been convicted of a felony, is eligible to serve on our board.
In addition to the above requirements, candidates wishing to serve on the BRBC board are encouraged to obtain a good understanding of board duties and responsibilities. To that end, The Board suggests that candidates take any or all of the following steps in addition to responding to the Board Candidate Questions:
Attend at least one board meeting prior to the election (you can see the schedule of meetings here)
Meet with a current board director for an informal discussion about board duties and responsibilities
Fill out the Candidate Questionnaire below (this step is mandatory)
Although the first two steps outlined above are optional, ballots will indicate whether or not candidates have completed them.
